Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Toyota Tangerang for a Customer Relations Coordinator. The role involves overseeing customer interactions to ensure premium service levels, resolving customer complaints, and improving customer satisfaction and retention. The Coordinator will regularly communicate with customers to address their needs, gather feedback, and maintain a positive customer experience. Additionally, internal collaboration with other departments will be essential to implement strategies that enhance customer relations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention strategies
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
• Experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience management
• A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle customer feedback professionally and constructively
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus
• Woman max 30 years old
