Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience & CRM Supervisor located in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves overseeing and improving customer relationship management processes, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and managing customer feedback. Additional responsibilities include creating strategies to enhance retention, coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing customer data for insights, and ensuring effective use of CRM tools and systems. The supervisor will also lead and mentor a team focused on delivering customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Customer Experience strategies, Client Relationship Management, and customer service operations
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A proactive mindset, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Previous supervisory or management experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
