Customer Engineer

Job Description :

• Support After Sales Service Astragraphia products
• handling installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs, and updates of all Astragraphia products
• Handling customer problems and giving solution

Requirement :

• Diploma Degree (D3) in Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics or Bachelor of Applied Science (D4) in Electrical Engineering, with a minimum GPA of 2.80
• Proficient in English communication
• Maximum of 2 years of work experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Not currently enrolled in any study program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to ride a motorcycle and have a valid Class C driving license is a plus
• Residency in Medan, Palembang, Makassar, Manado or Semarang is a plus
• Ready to join ASAP without period notice
• Willing to be placed at any Astragraphia branch across Indonesia
