Develop and implement the company's External Relations and CSR–PPM strategies
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including the government, local communities, and environmental organizations
Manage the company's communications and reputation in the media and the public
Lead the implementation of community development programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company priorities
Oversee land acquisition processes, including mapping, verification, negotiation with landowners, documentation, and securing necessary permits
Manage land communication activities, ensuring transparent dialogue with communities, customary leaders, and government offices related to land matters
Handle community issues, conflicts, and emerging risks, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Key Requirement:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a CSR & External Relations Manager, preferably in the mining industry
Proven ability to develop and execute CSR–PPM and External Relations strategies at the departmental level
Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, including government agencies, local communities, and environmental organizations
Demonstrated ability to manage corporate communication and maintain company reputation with media and the public
Solid understanding of CSR–PPM programs, community development, and regulatory compliance related to mining operations
Preferably experienced in managing CSR & External Relations in the Sulawesi region
Preferably has experience working in nickel mining operations
High integrity, credibility, and strong leadership capabilities in managing teams and guiding cross-functional initiatives
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company effectively in external forums
Resilient, assertive, and able to work in high-pressure and high-occupancy operational environments
