Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- Lead curriculum implementation and ensure alignment with educational standards.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate teachers and staff.
- Foster relationships with parents and the community to promote the school's vision.
- Monitor student progress and ensure high-quality teaching practices.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or related fields.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of teaching and at least 1–3 years of experience in a leadership role such as Headmaster, Assistant Head, or Academic Coordinator.
