Understanding our couriers, determine what kind of education needed
Creating materials for Courier Education (Deck Presentation & Pre-recorded video)
Checking communication, copywriting & beautifying Education deck
Coordinate & conduct training & development programs for courier
Take care on effectiveness of material education & training, in purposes to make our courier quality better
Analyze Return Of Training Investment

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree from any major
Minimum 4 years of experience in learning & development
Experienced in Marketplace would be preferred
Have passion in education/training
Have good communication written & verbal
Willing to travel around Indonesia to do business trip
