Were looking for a Content Development Senior Officer who will play a key role in designing and developing impactful training programs that empower our teams and strengthen our organizational capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop structured training modules tailored to our workforce needs.
- Collaborate with the Talent Development team to identify skill gaps and create modules that address current and future learning demands.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to translate complex knowledge into simple, practical learning content.
- Ensure all training modules follow instructional design principles and align with our brand standards.
- Continuously update and improve learning modules to stay relevant, effective, and engaging.
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, delivering them on time, on scope, and on budget.
- Optimize workflows, processes, and tools to enhance the learning experience across the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (S1) in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Journalism, English, or related fields.
- 35 years of experience in instructional design, training module creation, or corporate learning projects.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills to build engaging and learner-friendly content.
- Ability to conduct research and transform insights into practical, targeted training modules.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with SMEs and stakeholders.
- Project management abilities to handle multiple training module developments effectively.
