Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Country Manager Mandarin Speaking (Food and Beverage), located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Country Manager will oversee daily operations in the food and beverage sector, ensuring excellent customer service, managing budgets, and leading food service and training initiatives. The role requires a high level of coordination with various departments to meet business objectives efficiently.

• Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Training and team development
• Strong Budgeting and financial management skills
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred
