Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage business operations and development to ensure growth and efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor operating budgets, as well as develop and execute annual business plans.
  • Design and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to enhance brand recognition and awareness.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth, expansion, and market penetration.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to evaluate opportunities, competition, and identify potential target audiences.
  • Develop comprehensive business proposals and negotiate terms, deals, and pricing to drive profitability.
  • Take full responsibility for the performance and P&L of operations in Indonesia.
  • Supervise and track key business activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, clients, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with executives and senior management on strategic initiatives and organisational goals.
  • Establish performance standards to ensure optimal results and operational efficiency.
  • Create and implement contingency plans to address potential emergencies and unforeseen events.
  • Develop and execute crisis management strategies to minimize risk and maintain business continuity.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, encouraging collaboration, accountability, and a results-driven mindset across the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in executive management or country/regional leadership roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian market, business landscape, and cultural nuances.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth, expanding market presence, and generating revenue.
  • Strong expertise in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic, complex business environments.
  • High standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all business practices.
  • Proficiency in English and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
