Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Project / Construction Manager based near Ubud, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, coordinating tasks, ensuring project milestones are met, and managing budgets. Other day-to-day responsibilities include expediting processes, conducting inspections, managing logistics, and ensuring that the projects align with our sustainability and aesthetic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and construction management roles
• Strong Project Management skills and experience
• Proficiency in Inspection and quality control
• Experience in Logistics Management
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in sustainable and eco-friendly projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field
