About the Role
As SCG continues to expand in Indonesia, project execution is at the core of our success. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning construction, packaging, and trading businesses, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with SCGs standards of quality and sustainability. This is a role where leadership, coordination, and problem-solving come together to drive high-impact outcomes for both SCG and our partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects across SCG business units in Indonesia.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage project budgets and expenditures, tracking financial performance against plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, sales, operations, and external vendors.
- Monitor risks and issues; develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
- Report project progress, milestones, and challenges to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects follow SCGs standards on safety, compliance, and sustainability.
- Capture lessons learned and develop best practices for continuous improvement in project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Masters degree is an advantage.
- 13 years of experience in project management, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office; PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
