Role DescriptionWe are looking for a full-time, on-site Corporate Sales based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with corporate clients, identifying strategic business opportunities, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop relationships with key corporate accounts.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in target industries.
- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Handle end-to-end sales processes, including proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for corporate clients.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare sales performance reports and pipeline updates for management.
- Support and guide junior sales team members when required.
Qualifications- Minimum 35 years of experience in Corporate Sales or B2B Sales.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, and telco, is an advantage.
- Results-driven, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
