We believe that efficient logistics is the backbone of business success in today's competitive market. Therefore, we are seeking dynamic talents to drive our B2B growth, build strategic partnerships, and deliver tailored shipping solutions to our corporate clients in Gresik.

As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our B2B market share by offering logistics and shipping solutions to corporate clients, manufacturers, and high-volume online sellers in the Gresik area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new corporate clients to generate sales leads and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to potential clients, draft commercial proposals, and negotiate service agreements (contracts).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure high retention rates.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets (revenue) successfully.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and analyze market trends/competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field (Marketing/Business/Management preferred).
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Sales or Marketing (Experience in Logistics/Express Courier industry is a major plus).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English (passive/active) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Possess a personal vehicle and valid driving license for client visits.
  • Willing to be placed in Gresik.
