Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies aligned with the companys goals
Create engaging content for press releases, social media, website, and company profiles
Write clear, compelling copy for various media platforms including articles, advertorials, and media publications
Coordinate and manage media relations, including press inquiries, interviews, and media monitoring
Support branding initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
Organize and manage corporate events, sponsorships, and CSR activities
Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and promote company achievements
Monitor public perception and manage potential reputation risks proactively
Assist in the production of visual materials using Canva and basic video editing tools like CapCut
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience minimun 13 years in corporate communications, PR, or media relations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Strong copywriting skills for media publications, press releases, and promotional materials
Good understanding of media landscape, digital communication, and branding principles
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
Ability to using Canva for creating visual communication materials is a strong plus
Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools is a strong plus
Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying communication opportunities
