As our Creative Copywriter, you will be the voice behind Velixir Parfums. You will transform our brand identity and product notes into compelling, high converting narratives that captivate perfume enthusiasts. Your primary mission is to craft persuasive copy across all digital touchpoints, from viral short form video scripts to high impact social media captions and marketplace descriptions. You will work at the intersection of storytelling and performance marketing to drive massive audience engagement and sales conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for marketing campaigns, social media channels, and various digital platforms.
- Write high converting captions, video scripts, and storytelling content specifically tailored for TikTok, Instagram, and other primary communication channels.
- Create enticing product descriptions that effectively highlight key benefits, unique selling points, and signature brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, KOL, and creative teams to align messaging with overarching campaign objectives.
- Adapt the brand tone of voice seamlessly based on the specific platform, target audience, and campaign goals.
- Support the content planning process by generating strong copy angles, thumb stopping hooks, and clear calls to action.
- Review and refine all written assets to ensure absolute clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Stay continuously updated with digital content trends, especially regarding short form video structures and live commerce strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Literature, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably within a fast paced FMCG, Beauty, E-commerce, or Creative Agency environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in writing scripts, social media copy, and conversion oriented marketing texts.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing dynamics, consumer psychology, and what makes content go viral on TikTok and Instagram.
- Exceptional command of written Indonesian and professional English, with the ability to write both casually and commercially.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within cross functional creative teams.
- Highly proactive, attentive to detail, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a high velocity startup environment.
