What you will do:

  • Produce communication assets across multiple channels: digital ads, OOH, CRM and WA messages, in-app UI copy, landing pages, social content, and product copy.
  • Deliver high-quality, error-free copy that is brief-accurate, audience-appropriate, and brand-consistent.
  • Understand and adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all communication channels and touchpoints.
  • Review and edit copy for accuracy, clarity, grammar, punctuation, and consistency, ensuring all content meets quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and product owners to ensure copy and visual elements are coherent.
  • Accept and implement feedback from team members and other stakeholders, revising copy as necessary — while developing the habit of presenting and defending strategic and creative decisions with clear reasoning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in copywriting and content marketing, seeking opportunities for professional development.
  • Adapt copy to cultural nuances and linguistic preferences, particularly for Indonesian audiences. Consider local context when crafting messaging that connects authentically with the target market.

What you will need:

  • Min. associate/bachelor's degree in Literature/Marketing/Management/DKV or other related fields.
  • 2 years of experience as a copywriter, or other creative writing role. Additional experience of working in the fintech sector will be greatly considered.
  • Strong creative thinking foundation, as well as the ability to incorporate your ideas with relevant marketing strategy.
  • Comfortable working with AI language tools as part of daily workflow — not just aware of them, but practiced in using and evaluating them.
  • Experience with UX writing projects, especially on app or product feature development is a plus.
  • Additional experience in the fintech sector will be greatly considered.
