STARbies, our internship program, is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the beauty and skincare industry. You'll work closely with experienced professionals across various divisions, contributing to innovative projects while developing your skills and enhancing your knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Minimum a final year student or fresh graduate with a diploma or bachelor's degree
• Trend-obsessed with a broad and unlimited knowledge, especially in the beauty industry
• Strong storytelling, writing skills, and ability to think strategically, not just creatively
• Receptive to feedback and excited to collaborate in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team
• Available for an internship duration of 3 months
• Agree with work from the office 5 times a week

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to create engaging copywriting for Digital Ads, Landing Pages, and Social Media content
• Assist in developing creative concepts and turning briefs into compelling ad assets for design and video materials
• Participate in brainstorming sessions by contributing fresh ideas based on current digital trends and audience insights
• Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging across all communication channels while supporting campaign execution
