Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and craft compelling, persuasive copy aligned with brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with art directors and other creative team members to to generate concepts that meet and exceed the requirements of the creative brief.
  • Contribute ideas and support creative discussions in internal meetings and client presentations when needed.
  • Create engaging and platform-specific copy for social media, aligned with campaign objectives and brand tone.
  • Support the creation of scripts for short-form video content or reels when needed.
  • Ensure consistency of brand tone of voice across all communication materials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, language styles, and audience behavior to keep copy fresh and relevant.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in copywriting, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Strong copywriting portfolio demonstrating versatility across platforms (digital, social, campaigns).
  • Strong command of grammar and language, with excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Confident and articulate in presenting, discussing, and defending ideas to both internal teams and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate briefs into engaging and effective copy with a drive to produce award-winning work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of digital trends and content performance metrics is a plus.
