PT Marklab Creative Media, is a growing creative social media agency looking for aContent Strategistwith>3 years of experiencein creating brand creative content and communication strategy.
Responsibilities :
- Develop creative content strategies for multiple clients across different industries
- Define content pillars, messaging, and storytelling aligned with each client's objectives
- Create content guidelines and monitoring content quality and deliverables
- Prepare pitch deck and craft engaging and compelling content strategies
- Build and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Analyze content performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations
- Translate client briefs and business goals into clear creative direction
- Collaborate closely with Creative Manager, designers, creators, and account teams
- Conduct audience, trend, and competitor research to keep content relevant and effective
- Present the presentation deck to the client
Requirements :
- 3+ years experience in content strategy, social media, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
- In-depth understanding of platform-specific content and trends (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, X)
- Strong analytical skills to assess brand and campaign objectives and drive strategic approach
- Able to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in pitching ideas or strategies to clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good in English (both written & spoken)
