Responsibilities

  • Develop content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
  • Translate program value into high-converting storytelling
  • Create content pillars (scholarship, leadership, international exposure)
  • Work with designers & video editors
  • Optimize content performance (engagement & conversion)
  • Align content with paid ads strategy

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in social media/content strategy
  • Strong storytelling & copywriting skills
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z audience
  • Experience in education / scholarship niche preferred
  • Able to analyze performance metrics
