Job Description

We are looking for a creative and analytical Content Strategist who specializes in TikTok content strategy and growth. This role will be responsible for analyzing trends, planning engaging content, and driving audience growth through high-performing TikTok videos.

The ideal candidate has experience working in a creative agency or as a content manager, understands short-form video storytelling, and is highly skilled at translating data and trends into viral-ready content strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute TikTok content strategies aligned with brand objectives and audience growth.
  • Plan weekly and monthly content calendars based on trends, audience insights, and campaign priorities.
  • Create content frameworks and storytelling angles to improve engagement and reach.
  • Content Analysis & Optimization
  • Analyze TikTok performance metrics, including views, engagement rate, watch time, and conversion impact.
  • Identify content patterns, trends, and formats that drive strong performance.
  • Continuously optimize content strategy based on data insights and platform trends.

Trend & Market Monitoring

  • Monitor TikTok trends, viral formats, and competitor activities.
  • Translate trending formats into relevant content ideas for the brand.
  • Creative Direction
  • Provide clear content briefs for creators, videographers, and social media teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling.
  • Ensure content remains authentic, engaging, and native to TikTok culture.

Qualification

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content strategy, content management, or social media strategy.
  • Preferably from a creative agency or digital marketing agency background.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, and short-form content dynamics.
  • Proven ability in content planning and content performance analysis.
  • Experience in creating or managing TikTok video content.

Additional:

  • Must have a personal TikTok account with at least 1,000 followers.
  • Familiar with TikTok analytics and content performance metrics.
  • Strong creative thinking combined with data-driven decision making.
  • Highly organized in managing content calendars and campaign timelines.
