We're shifting from content production to a more integrated, data-informed approach across CRM, social, and full-funnel marketing. This role sits at the center of that shift.

As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will create and optimize content that drives engagement, conversion, and retention, working closely with CRM, Media, and Creative teams to ensure every message is intentional, measurable, and aligned to the customer journey.

This role is best suited for someone who wants to move beyond writing into performance-driven content.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute content across CRM (email, push, lifecycle), social, and campaign channels, aligned to audience segments and funnel stages.
  • Write high-quality content across formats, from short-form messaging to campaign narratives.
  • Partner with CRM and Media teams to align content with targeting, timing, and channel strategy.
  • Translate campaign objectives into structured content flows (e.g. acquisition, engagement, retention journeys).
  • Manage content calendars, workflows, and delivery timelines across multiple channels.
  • Track and optimize content performance (open rate, CTR, engagement) and iterate based on insights.

A Bit About You


  • At least 2 years of experience in content, copywriting, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing fundamentals with an instinct for clarity, structure, and audience relevance.
  • Familiar with CRM or lifecycle content (email, push, user journeys) and/or performance marketing environments.
  • Comfortable working with data, you're curious about what performs and why.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple deliverables across fast-moving timelines.
  • Proactive, accountable, and eager to grow into a more strategic, performance-oriented role.
