Work with the AMS Business Development team to identify opportunities to increase seller spending and creator earnings.
Partner with the Business Intelligence team to analyze how creators contribute to revenue and identify areas for improvement.
Spot underperforming categories, channels, or segments, and come up with both quick wins and longer-term strategies to boost growth.
Collaborate with the Product team to improve features that can drive adoption and increase revenue.
Help resolve common issues that creators and sellers face with AMS and content ads, ensuring the experience is smooth and effective.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree with 2+ years of experience in fast-paced industry, preferably Tech, Management Consulting, or strategy role
Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work in a fast-changing environment
Ability to speak to technical and business stakeholders, users and interact at all levels of the organization
Distinctive problem-solving skills with the ability to define problems and identify potential solutions
Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Google workspace, Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
