We are currently looking for a Content Creator & Community Host who is not only creative behind the scenes, but also confident in front of the camera, serving as a moderator and host for various inspiring talk shows.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and execute content strategies for our social media
- Act as a moderator or host for IG Live sessions, YouTube talk shows, webinars, and alumni talkshows
- Manage weekly content schedules and coordinate with guest speakers (alumni, hiring partners, practitioners)
- Boost engagement, grow followers, and strengthen brand awareness through impactful content
- Collaborate with the design team, community team, and alumni network
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, social media, or event hosting
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if active on social media
- Confident in front of the camera and comfortable hosting events
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English (or basic Japanese) is a plus
- Familiar with Gen Z content trends, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Skilled in writing captions and crafting strong content narratives
- Eager to learn and passionate about topics like working in Japan, career development, or personal growth
