What Youll Do Daily- Develop flexible content strategies that can grow and adapt with performance insights
- Experiment with new ideas, creative formats, and editing styles
- Analyze video performance to understand what works and adjust as needed
- Plan content around successful themes and audience engagement patterns
- Use viewer feedback and comments to refine and improve future videos
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, script, and polish ideas
What You Need- 12 years of hands-on experience creating content for TikTok, Reels, or similar platforms
- A proven ability to craft videos that drive engagement, shares, or conversations
- A strong understanding of short-form storytelling and platform dynamics
- Solid video editing skills CapCut experience is a plus
- Comfort being on camera when needed
