End-to-End Content Production
Translate raw ideas, daily activities, and key discussions into engaging short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form content.
Handle the full lifecycle of contentfrom ideation and scripting to basic shooting and post-production editing.
Work closely with Managing Partner to capture spontaneous moments, key events, and leadership insights in real-time.
Collaborate with HR, GA, and leadership to showcase internal initiatives, company culture, and behind-the-scenes work life.
Growth & Optimization
Stay ahead of platform updates and storytelling trends to keep the brand relevant and scroll-stopping.
Monitor analytics to provide actionable insights, suggesting improvements to increase reach, engagement, and positive employer perception.
Requirements
13 years experience in content creation, branding, or social media
Strong understanding of personal branding AND employer branding
Able to switch tone: founder-centric culture-centric
Comfortable interacting with leadership and internal teams
Strong storytelling and short-form video instincts
