This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Content Creator, located in Surabaya. The Staff Content Creator will develop and produce engaging multimedia content strategies for online platforms. Daily tasks include brainstorming creative concepts, creating and editing content, collaborating across teams, and ensuring consistency with the brand's identity and voice. The role requires a proactive and innovative approach to growing audience engagement and digital presence.

• Proficiency in Content Creation, Creative Writing, and Web Content Writing
• Experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Multimedia Content Production
• Strong skills in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing
• Excellent Research, Content Strategy, and Storytelling abilities
• Strong attention to detail with Editing and Proofreading expertise
• Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is advantageous
