Role: Content Creative Intern

Job Description:

1. Collaborate with team planner to develop and execute a comprehensive content plan that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and brand voice.
2. Create and maintain a detailed content calendar for all social media platforms, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content.
3. Collaborate with graphic designers, and videographers to produce high-quality content, including posts, videos, stories, and graphics.
4. Oversee the day-to-day management of social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions. 
5. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to continuously refine and improve content strategies.
6. Monitor the performance of social media content using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future content.
7. Work closely with the planner, design, video, motion, and acoount teams to ensure alignment in content execution.

Requirements :

1.⁠ ⁠Bachelor degree from Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communication or related field

2.⁠ ⁠⁠Skill : creative thinker, storyteller, copywriting, adapt quickly, attention to detail, time management, organized

3. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

4. Able to work under pressure and deadlines

5. ⁠Familiar in managing social media

6. Able to work onsite in GADING SERPONG, TANGERANG

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Able to join immediately (under 1 week notice)

Able to work onsite (2 times/week)
