Sport Community Manager

Range salary: 7.5 - 8.5 million (basic salary gross)

Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sport Community Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Sport Community Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing our strategy to increase the number of active sport communities on our sport platform. You will be responsible for fostering a thriving and engaging community for each sport community. In addition, you will also be involved in the preparation and operation of various events run on Ayo's platform.

Responsibilities:

• Hunting & Canvassing: Actively map, scout, and approach potential community leaders through both online channels and on-the-ground (field) visits.
• Develop and execute a strategy to increase the number of active sport communities on Ayo platform
• Identify and reach out to potential sport community leaders
• Help sport community leaders create and manage their sport communities
• Assist sport communities to create sport events and get participants on Ayo's platform
• Create and execute sport events and activities on behalf of Ayo
• Promote sport communities and events to our users
• Foster a thriving, engaging and growing community for each sport community
• Monitor and analyse sport communities data for activity and engagement (cohort analysis, statistics, growth, user behaviour)
• Participate in sport community events as needed to build relationships with the community.
• Address any issues that arise within sport communities
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in sport communities
• Identify and suggest improvements on Ayo's platform to better meet the needs of sport communities
• Assist in the preparation and operation of sport events run by Ayo Indonesia.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties related to the success of objectives.
• Additional tasks given by superiors.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in community management, preferably in the sports industry
• Active in playing sports regularly.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Positive and Outgoing personality
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and planning skills
• Ability to multi-task, remain calm and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Attention to details and good problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with diverse types of people
• Proven track record of success in developing and growing online communities preferred
• Excellent understanding of online communities and social media
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with managing a team of volunteers is a plus
