• Commercial & Promotional Strategy for brand Pizza Hut & PHD
• Balance traffic growth vs margin protection using data-driven pricing and bundling
• Own commercial partnerships with food aggregators, social commerce platforms, e-wallets & banks
• Optimize platform visibility, funded promo structures, commission vs volume trade-offs
• Translate strategy into best-in-class campaign execution with clear offer proposition, strong creative hooks, seamless omnichannel rollout
• Ensure perfect store execution with Operations
• Strengthen commercial planning discipline, build data-driven decision culture, develop next-gen commercial talent pipeline

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree Management & Business Marketing
• Experience 3-5 years Commercial Manager Marketing in QSR, FMCG, food delivery platforms, or retail F&B
• Proven leadership in commercial strategy, promotions & pricing, revenue growth management
• Experience handling multi-channel business (offline + digital) is essential.
• Strong data interpretation, financial acumen (P&L, CUC/UC, ROI), experimentation & A/B testing mindset
• Strong stakeholder influence, high ownership mentality & ability to thrive in ambiguity
