Job Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for commercial operations.
- Analyze sales performance and profitability, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations to improve margins.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align financial goals with business strategies.
- Monitor and manage pricing structures and discount policies to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting risks, opportunities, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial regulations, and corporate guidelines.
- Support the implementation of digital tools and financial systems to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide financial insights for strategic initiatives, including market entry, product launches, and partnerships.
- Monitor cash flow performance and coordinate with the finance team to ensure optimal liquidity management.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in the development of long-term strategic plans. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management within a manufacturing environment. Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and cost accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Strong business sense.
