The Finance Controller Manager will report to the Chief Financial Officer
The Finance Controller Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations for Safari Wonders. This role will manage finance functions across all Safari Wonders outlets in Taman Safari Indonesia, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accurate reporting, and strong financial control to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee financial systems, procedures, and policies aligned with Safari Wonders vision, goals, and retail industry standards.
- Ensure all financial records, reporting, and accounting processes comply with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to management.
- Control cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting to support business sustainability.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor budget performance across outlets.
- Provide strategic recommendations to management based on financial analysis, trends, and business KPIs.
- Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring timely implementation of audit findings.
- Monitor expenditures, procurement, and asset utilization to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business operations.
- Manage the Finance & Accounting team, including coaching, monitoring, and developing team competencies.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance/accounting with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK), taxation, and financial regulations.
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Proficient in accounting/ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- High integrity, strong leadership, and effective communication skills.
- Willing to travel to Safari Wonders business units as required.
