About the Company
Adecco Indonesia is partnering with a leading global payments and analytics organization to support their growth in Indonesia. We are seeking a highly skilled Collection Specialist / Analyst with strong expertise in credit card (consumer and corporate) collections to design and implement best-in-class collection strategies that improve recovery performance and reduce credit risk costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end diagnostics of clients collection capabilities, identifying gaps across strategy, governance, processes, policies, organization setup, and technology
- Design and develop collection enhancement strategies covering pre-delinquency, delinquency, and NPL segments, including key initiatives and financial impact assessment
- Build end-to-end initiative blueprints, including charters, process flows, conceptual designs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support clients in managing collection partners (e.g., tele-collection, field collection), including assessment, selection, onboarding, and operational setup
- Review and enhance late-stage collection processes, including litigation strategies for severe or high-risk cases
- Assess and recommend improvements to clients collection technology stacks and digital capabilities
- Collaborate with data science teams to evaluate, refine, or develop collection models to optimize strategy and performance
- Drive implementation of collection transformation initiatives, including SOP deployment, training, model rollout, and platform adjustments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in banking collections, ideally credit card collections (consumer and/or corporate)
- Strong understanding of credit risk, delinquency management, and collection lifecycle
- Analytical mindset with strong ability to process, interpret, and present complex data
- Experience working with collection systems/technology and process optimization
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently in client-facing environments and drive execution of initiatives
