Role Description

We&aposre looking for a Business Partner (Co-Founder) to join our core team. This is a part-time, remote role with the potential to transition into a full-time position as we scale. You will be responsible for shaping our business strategy, driving growth, and building strong relationships with clients.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Developing and executing business development strategies.
• Identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
• Conducting market research and spotting opportunities.
• Leading sales and marketing initiatives to grow our client base.
• Collaborating with our development team to align projects with business goals.
• Maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of the software development industry is a big plus.
