Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Partner located in Bandung, with some flexibility for work from home. The Business Partner will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, developing and executing business strategies, analyzing market trends, creating business plans, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, the role includes overseeing financial management, facilitating workshops, and collaborating with teams to drive community growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Strategy Development, and Market Analysis
• Strong in Financial Management, Business Planning, and creating New Business Opportunities
• Excellent Communication and Relationship Management skills
• Ability to facilitate Workshops and Training Sessions
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a community-based organization or similar setting is beneficial
