The ideal candidate will have experience in talent management and live streaming operations, with a focus on driving talent performance aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit potential influencers and agencies to partner with on the platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies to grow and retain influencers.
- Develop strategies to increase the performance, quality, and revenue of the user base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote the application, events, and user growth.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and optimize strategies for growth.
- Contribute positively to the team and organization.
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in English.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to solve urgent problems quickly and effectively.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Experience in social networking is a plus.
