Job Description :

- To be responsible for making daily, monthly, or yearly business plans and studying the market, come up with business development strategies that fit with the company's overall goals, execution and management of projects (M&A, divestments, expansions).

- To review, analyze, and benchmark Indonesia Operations vs. competitors and best practices in the market.

- Grow the sales in existing clients and get the additional sales from new clients.

- Hit or exceed the target.

- Finding opportunities and managing the pipeline. Actively seek out and assess new business opportunities through networking, market research, and other methods.

- Build and look after good relationships with important clients, partners, people who have a lot of influence in the industry related, and other stakeholders. Work with other companies to create new business opportunities.

- Reporting to Country Manager & Performance Analysis. Check how well business development plans are working and suggest ways to make them better using facts and figures.

Job Qualification :

- M/F.

- University degree in Accounting and Finance / Corporate Finance / Business.

- Expert in Project Management / Business.

- Good report writing / presentation skills.

- Excellent grasp of MS. Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

- Have an advanced English skills.

- Preferable have business and collection background.

- Good in closing the deals with customers and collect orders.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.

- Have a history of proof project dealings in a previous company.

- Strong understanding of the collection business process, from client acquisition to portfolio management.

- Wide professional network within the financial services industry (e.g., banks, multi-finance, fintech).

- Capable of conducting market analysis and developing business growth strategies.

- Proficient in creating professional business proposals and performance reports.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
