Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relations Specialist located in Setia Budi. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for acquistion new client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing client support, and leveraging analytical skills to address client needs. They will also handle day-to-day interactions with clients to maintain a positive relationship and enhance client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations experience
• Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support
• Analytical skills to understand and resolve client issues
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in the finance or service industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be plus
