Lead the resolution of technical issues related to civil works within the project.
Manage and supervise all civil engineering activities in a structured and unified manner.
Review and approve technical documents related to civil works, including designs, design changes, implementation plans, construction control processes, and project completion reports.
Coordinate and facilitate communication with design institutes and relevant stakeholders to resolve civil construction issues.
Organize and oversee technical training sessions for civil work managers to enhance professional capabilities.
Support the Project Manager in ensuring quality, safety, and timely progress of civil engineering works.
Job Requirements:
Have civil engineering technical work experience (project scale should involve large infrastructure or industrial projects) and a minimum of 7 years experience within the industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience with multinational EPC or construction projects is preferred.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Bachelor's degree or higher education in Civil Engineering or related field (Structural/Construction/Infrastructure Engineering or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of civil design, construction management, and quality control; familiar with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
