Were hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a high-growth Series B fintech.
Backed by top regional investors, the company is on a hyper-growth trajectory with a clear path to IPO over the next five years. Were looking for a commercially-minded finance leader to own both day-to-day operations and fundraising strategy, while guiding the business through its next phase of scale.
The role
- Lead the full finance function across Southeast Asia: FP&A, reporting, treasury, risk, controls, and compliance.
- Drive capital raising activities (Series C and beyond), manage investor relationships, and support IPO readiness.
- Oversee complex treasury and debt operations, including securitization and large-scale debt capital market transactions (>US$500M) with both institutional and bank investors.
- Manage external audits and maintain strong financial governance.
- Build, mentor, and expand the finance team (810 people, Jakarta), coordinating across jurisdictions including the Singapore HoldCo.
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, guiding growth, margin strategy, and unit economics.
What Were Looking For
- Senior finance leadership in fintech, financial services, payments, or lending-related companies, ideally as CFO or VP Finance in a scaling environment.
- Deep experience in securitization and debt capital markets, including complex debt deals with institutions and banks.
- Track record of raising large-scale debt (>US$500M) beyond traditional bank lending.
- Strong knowledge of cards, payments, or lending products and related regulatory frameworks.
- Expertise in treasury, liquidity management, and regulatory capital in emerging markets like Indonesia.
- Experience with Series B/C fundraising, private equity, or strategic investors; exposure to IPO preparation is a plus.
- Southeast Asia experience preferred; must be Jakarta-based or SG-based with frequent travel to Jakarta.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup where finance is both strategic and operational.
