Role Description

The Chef De Partie will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring the preparation of high-quality dishes in collaboration with the Head Chef. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and presenting food with precision, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and mentoring junior kitchen staff. This is a full-time, on-site role located at our Denpasar beach club.

Qualifications
  • Culinary skills, including expertise in food preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Experience in kitchen leadership, such as team supervision and staff mentoring
  • Knowledge of proper storage, hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen or luxury dining environment is a plus
  • Relevant culinary qualifications or training will be highly regarded
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
