Assistant Garde Manger

Set sail on a new career with Carnival, and help us bring the FUN to life aboard one of our fantastic vessels. We're looking for dedicated individuals to join us as Assistant Garde Manger, with opportunities to sail in U.S. waters and beyond.

You'll be working closely with the Chef de Partie and galley team to prepare and present high-quality cold dishes, following recipes and specifications to ensure consistency and taste. You'll also play an important role in maintaining top hygiene and sanitation standards in line with USPH and HACCP guidelines. From handling ingredients, assisting with stock receiving, to keeping your workstation clean and organized, you'll be part of a fast-paced, diverse team where attention to detail and teamwork are key.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 21 years old
• Conversational English proficiency with a hospitable, positive, and motivated attitude
• Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices (USPH & HACCP)
• Minimum 2 year of experience in Garde Manger / cold kitchen, preferably in a 4-star hotel, resort, or cruise ship
