Chef de Partie (Hot & Grill) – Be Tu Na (Bali)
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie (Hot & Grill) to join our kitchen team. If you are passionate about high-quality food, strong in leadership, and experienced in grill operations, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and operate the hot and grill section during preparation and service
- Ensure all dishes are prepared with consistency, quality, and proper presentation
- Supervise and support kitchen staff, ensuring smooth teamwork and service flow
- Handle ordering and purchasing of kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Monitor and manage inventory and stock levels efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your station at all times
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2–4 years experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Strong experience in grill and hot kitchen operations
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide a team
- Experience in ordering, stock control, and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Passion for quality ingredients and well-executed dishes
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen standards
- Domiciled in Bali
