Chef de Partie (Hot & Grill) – Be Tu Na (Bali)

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie (Hot & Grill) to join our kitchen team. If you are passionate about high-quality food, strong in leadership, and experienced in grill operations, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and operate the hot and grill section during preparation and service
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared with consistency, quality, and proper presentation
  • Supervise and support kitchen staff, ensuring smooth teamwork and service flow
  • Handle ordering and purchasing of kitchen supplies and ingredients
  • Monitor and manage inventory and stock levels efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your station at all times
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2–4 years experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
  • Strong experience in grill and hot kitchen operations
  • Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide a team
  • Experience in ordering, stock control, and inventory management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Passion for quality ingredients and well-executed dishes
  • Good understanding of food safety and kitchen standards
  • Domiciled in Bali
