Job Description

Cooler Master Technology (CMT) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen our presence in the Indonesian market. The ideal candidate will lead channel development, build strategic partnerships, and execute marketing and sales initiatives to achieve revenue and market share goals. This role requires close collaboration with HQ and cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and consistent product messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, resellers, and channel partners.
  • Design and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Provide effective solutions and support to partners regarding sales activities, promotions, and product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute dealer campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Monitor partner performance and drive continuous improvements through structured action plans.
  • Resolve channel conflicts, ensure pricing consistency, and safeguard profit margins.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, performance analysis, and market insights to management.
  • Strengthen and maintain a robust VIP reseller network throughout Indonesia.
  • Conduct regular market intelligence to assess trends, pricing, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales or channel management.
  • Proven track record in PC components (case, PSU, coolers, desktop PC, etc.) sales is highly preferred.
  • Experience in vendor or distributor environments is a strong plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in Channel Development, Product Management, and Digital/Channel Marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural, fast-paced environment.
