Channel Sales Manager

Location: Thailand / Philippines / Indonesia

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to grow and manage our partner ecosystem across Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) or enterprise SaaS, and a proven track record in building profitable channel partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and enabling partners such as VARs, distributors, system integrators, and technology resellers to drive revenue across key markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Identify and recruit new channel partners across Thailand, Philippines, and Indonesia.
  • Assess and onboard partners with structured training, UEM product education, and go-to-market activation.
  • Segment partners for effective territory and engagement planning.

2. Partner Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with active partners, ensuring continuous engagement and performance growth.
  • Act as the primary liaison for partner needs, escalations, and strategic collaboration.
  • Conduct regular QBRs, joint business planning, and performance evaluations.

3. Sales Growth & Revenue Delivery

  • Drive partner-led sales to achieve regional revenue targets.
  • Support partners through deal registration, opportunity qualification, and co-selling activities.
  • Develop region-specific channel sales strategies and execution plans.

4. Enablement & Marketing Support

  • Conduct UEM product training, demos, workshops, and sales enablement sessions.
  • Work closely with marketing to run joint campaigns, events, and partner marketing initiatives.
  • Assist partners with proposals, pricing structures, and RFP responses as needed.

5. Channel Program & Operations

  • Ensure partners comply with channel program requirements and performance standards.
  • Monitor partner pipeline, forecast accuracy, and CRM hygiene.
  • Provide structured feedback to internal teams to support product and program improvements.

Requirements

Mandatory

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in channel sales within UEM, MDM, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions.
  • Must demonstrate verifiable proof of channel partners previously brought in (e.g., distributors, VARs, SIs, technology resellers).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding channel sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Must be based in Thailand, Philippines, or Indonesia, or possess deep channel networks in these markets.

Good-to-Have

  • Existing connections with regional partners in SEA.
  • Experience working with global SaaS companies.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise mobility or device management ecosystem.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
