Hello #TalentReady! PT Valdo Sumber Daya Mandiri is currently helping our client, a multinational banking company for hiring Call Center (English Speaker). Please read the job description and requirements below:

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing outstanding customer service to customers, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer records;
  • Responsible for providing quality service to cardholders and merchants, including educating them on new technologies;
  • Responsible for managing and responding to customer support issues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Call Center, preferably in Banking industry;
  • Must possess at least Bachelor&aposs degree (S1);
  • Fluency in English is a MUST;
  • Strong knowledge in banking product and services;
  • Tech-savy;
  • Character & Soft Compentency: Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity, Performance Excellence, Able to Serve Priority Customer.
  • Willing to work in Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan
  • Willing to work in shifting system (24h)
