Job Description

The Business Partner Manager is responsible for the operational excellence and long-term health of our existing financial integrations. The role will manage the lifecycle of our relationships with banks, card networks, and digital wallets, ensuring that our technical and commercial rails are always running at peak performance.

The role is the primary advocate for our company within our partner banks and the primary advocate for the banks within our product team. Success is measured not by the number of new logos, but by the stability, profitability, and scalability of our existing payment channels.

Job Description:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science/Information Technology, Management, Business or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Product, Business Development or equivalent.
  • Have a background from Banking or Fintech is a plus point

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Health Monitoring: Conduct daily/weekly reviews of transaction success rates and latency across all banking partners. Identify and resolve silent failures before they impact merchants.
  • Commercial Optimization: Periodically work with Finance team to renegotiate existing fee structures. As our volume grows, you ensure our unit economics improve by leveraging economies of scale with partners.
  • Incident Management: Serve as the strategic escalation point during bank outages or technical degradations. You lead the post-mortem analysis with the partner to prevent recurrence.
  • Compliance & Audit Ownership: Manage the annual recurring due diligence, KYC refreshes, and PCI-DSS compliance certifications required by our banking partners.
  • Feature Roadmap Alignment: Meet regularly with bank product teams to understand their upcoming API updates or new feature releases (e.g., 3DS 2.2 updates) and coordinate internal implementation.
  • Settlement & Reconciliation Oversight: Work with the Finance team to ensure banks are settling funds accurately and on time, resolving any discrepancies in interchange or scheme fees.
