A Day In The Life As Settlement Lead
You will..
- Oversee end-to-end settlement operations and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Drive the process improvement of settlement and reconciliation towards automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors
- Oversee whole data pipeline process to ensure data availability in timely manner, data accuracy and consistency
- Improve productivity through data dashboard & visualization enhancement and provide comprehensive information based on key users demand
- Establish data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
You have..
- Proven experience in Finance, preferably in settlement minimum 5 years in top MNC Company.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skill, proactive and collaborative
- High integrity, resilience, and adaptability
- Experienced in leading a team
- Fluent in English( spoken & written) and proficiency in Excel
