This CFM responsible to provide technical assistance and support Facility Coordinator Leader on day-to-day facility management 24/7/365 to perform SLA achievement in critical area of Electrical, Mechanical and Civil.
Responsibilities:
- The CFM report to DATA CENTER OWNER Service Operation Management.
- Conduct daily site walk or on-site to support and assist the facility engineer leader on day-to-day facility management 24/7/365 to perform SLA achievement in area:
- incident handling and problem resolution RCA,
- process improvement, efficiency of power or water usage (PUE, WUE),
- capacity planning (space, IT load)

- The CFM will provide support to service delivery colocation project, involve during C&T to ensure understanding of project scope and quality before transition to operation.
- Attend all site acceptance tests for critical Electrical & Mechanical equipment (L2-L5 Cx Testing)
- Prepare monthly performance to DATA CENTER OWNER
- Provide technical knowledge to all sites facility engineer team on regular basis/quarterly.
- As Incident Commander from Operation team during the critical call.
- Provide complete report for operational incident, anomaly and breakdown.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Technical Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- 5 years of relevant work experience at data center operator and or Critical Mission
- Familiar with data center operations, facility, and project management. other mission-critical facilities.
- Extensive knowledge of data center critical systems,
- High/Low voltage electrician license or certification
- Good communication skills, both written and presentation (fluent in English)
- High adaptability and motivated self-starter
- Ability to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment, attention to detail
