Job Requirement:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in data analytics, database management, and computer programming.
- Having at least 1 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Data Analyst/Business Intelligence (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) such as Redshift and Quicksight.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI to create insightful and visually appealing reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Have a solid understanding of business processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concept to non-technical user.
Job Description:
- Maintains existing dashboard and card report.
- Provides user training and support to ensure stakeholders adopt and use dashboard or card report effectively.
- Gathers information to understand business process/system needs.
- Create a functional specification document or documentation.
- Identifies and recommends improvements for system/process.
- Develop and implement new business based on requirements.
- Continuously find ways to improve current processes, discover issues, and deliver better values.
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to design and implement data solutions.
